IMQ Group, the holding company of the Italian Group active in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services, announces the acquisition of the majority shares of two companies operating in the sector of Cyber Security services, Intuity S.r.l. and Minded Security S.r.l.

“After a careful analysis of the Italian market, we selected Intuity and Minded Security companies, of which we appreciated, in particular, the high skills, which have led them to be companies of recognized excellence in their respective fields of activity” comments Ing. Antonella Scaglia, CEO of IMQ Group.

Minded Security has been an internationally recognized reference in the Software Security field for 13 years now, supporting hundreds of customers in developing more secure products and services.

The introduction of Minded Security capabilities allows IMQ Group to create a Cyber Security offering to help customers protect their investments in digital technology.
